It continues to be winter .. Bitter cold then a bit of a warm up ... Just enough to make it muddy outside . Then back to snow. I'm growing weary of it... Months till spring arrives so I might as well just get used to it. It's the same every winter.... Why complain ? ... - onward -

I am taking a online class with Micki Wilde called ‘Paint happy’ ...The first bit is on color...not my favorite thing as I truly think I may be color challenged!! I watched the video which was awesome...then tried it. not so awesome!! hah I will overcome this!

Friday night
Winter has become a real pain... The older I get.. The worse it seems to be. Another storm tonight and tomorrow with ice and snow .... My bedroom is always freezing and I feel like a Eskimo with all the layers of clothes I need to wear. I will get lost in my book than sleep.... a dream of spring would be nice !

I spent the day helping to get ready for the baby. Now it's time to relax a bit... read for awhile....try to stay warm...and get a good nights sleep.

I never watch scary movies...Ever! But my son made me watch this tonight with him....It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had to hide my face a few times. and I clunked poor old Fred in the chin when I jumped but he forgave me.. I had to feed him some popcorn and he was all better! Creepy movie...now I can't wait to see the 2nd one.

lake effect snow coming....ugh! I will stay in tonight and curl up with a good book. Lucy, Fred and Zofie are already curled up sleeping and keeping warm. They will sleep for hours as none of them really want to go outside in this. Smart pups!
